Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.
• Experience preparing complex individual and business returns, including tax planning, audit support, and tax notice resolution.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to explain tax concepts to clients.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma / GED / equivalent.
