Job summary

Evo’s summer internship trains new graduates in outside sales with hands-on field experience. You’ll open conversations with homeowners, present service options, and own the full sales cycle from first contact to close.

This in-person program runs May 7–August 11, 2027 in Norman, OK. Relocation assistance and equipment (including an iPad) are provided, with daily coaching and team incentives to boost performance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales through direct, face-to-face outreach to homeowners.

• Track prospects and follow-up activity in company software.
• Participate in daily coaching and weekly skills training.
