Qualifications

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Jenzabar and related ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors progress of a caseload of students with check-ins and meetings.
• Responds to early alerts with proactive outreach to students.
• Documents student interactions and progress in appropriate systems.
• Advocates for student engagement and sense of belonging.
• Conducts academic coaching through individual or group sessions.
• Collaborates with advisors to facilitate academic planning and policy adherence.
• Connects students with resources and support services.
• Performs general administrative duties as required.
