Job summary

You will lead projects, defend ideas, and push creative boundaries while maintaining high quality across large campaigns. Agency experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio showing senior-level design and conceptual thinking.
• Advanced proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Understanding of typography, composition, color, hierarchy, and brand systems.
• Experience developing brand identities and visual systems.
• Ability to concept and execute advertising campaigns across channels.
• Ability to take a project from brief to final production; in-person office in Covington, LA.

Responsibilities

• Turn strategy and ideas into exceptional creative.
• Work with Art Director, Creative Director, strategists, photographers, filmmakers, and marketing team to develop creative for brands across industries.
• Develop creative for a wide range of projects including identities, campaigns, packaging, digital ads, websites, and print.
• Lead projects from initial concept through final execution and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
