Job Title: Graphic Designer / Marketing Specialist

Location: Covington, LA

As a Graphic Designer/Marketing Specialist, you’ll work alongside an awesome marketing team to develop eye-catching visuals across digital, print, video, and animation. You’re a big-picture thinker who also loves the details, with a knack for managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines—all while keeping the creative juices flowing!

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Designing and developing standout visuals, videos, animations, and digital/print content that captivate audiences.
2. Bringing bold, innovative ideas to the table to make our brand shine!
3. Crafting marketing materials like brochures, infographics, advertisements, social media content, and more.
4. Creating design templates for company-wide marketing use, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
5. Storyboarding and executing creative concepts that tell compelling brand stories.
6. Having a great eye for selecting high-impact photography that aligns with messaging goals.
7. Assisting with video production and photography projects, from concept to post-production editing.
8. Managing and maintaining our visual assets, keeping everything organized and accessible.
9. Assisting with production work to ensure marketing materials are executed effectively.
10. Making edits to the website as needed.
11. Staying up to date with the latest industry trends and tools to keep our brand fresh and exciting.
12. Collaborating with vendors for print, retail displays, and collateral materials.
13. Supporting the marketing team in any other creative adventures that come our way!

What You Bring to the Team:

1. A team-first attitude—you're a true collaborator who thrives in a creative, energetic environment.
2. 3+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing, or a related field.
3. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
4. Video production and editing skills (Premiere, After Effects, Animate CC, or similar software).
5. A strong portfolio that showcases your creativity, versatility, and technical skills.
6. Excellent communication skills—you can articulate your ideas and collaborate effectively.
7. Ability to juggle multiple projects while keeping deadlines and details in check.
8. Some knowledge of WordPress or a willingness to learn and be trained.
9. A Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Computer Graphics, or a related field.
10. A willingness to be flexible and adaptable to the changing tides of real estate marketing.
11. Mac friendly
