Qualifications

• Must pass H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• At least 1 year of tax prep experience including individual and business returns.
• Experience in client-facing, advisory roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication; explain tax concepts clearly.
• Complete continuing education and comply with IRS/state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct client interviews to understand financial situations and tax implications.
• Identify tax-saving opportunities and recommend H&R Block products.
• Provide IRS support, notice resolution, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a client-focused office environment.
