You will prepare accurate returns, interview clients, and offer personalized recommendations while leveraging our training and technology. You will build lasting client relationships, identify tax savings, provide IRS support as needed, and collaborate with teammates in a client-focused office environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of the HR Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• At least 1 year in tax prep, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
