Qualifications

• Successful completion of HR Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or enrollment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related field.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role.
• Strong verbal and written communication with client-friendly explanations.
• Must meet continuing education and IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities
