Job summary

Evolving Solution Services is seeking a School-Based Speech Language Pathologist for in-person work in Thermal, CA. The role supports students across Coachella Valley schools for the 2026/2027 year with 180 days and competitive benefits.

Must have Master's in SLP and CA licensure; CFs and new grads are encouraged to apply. Salary ranges $65-$78 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and professional mentorship provided.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and CA licensure.
• ASHA CCCs required or in process; CFs welcome to apply.
• Experience with pediatric speech-language pathology and IEPs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete Evaluations & Treatments.
• Attend or complete IEP meetings.
• Communicate with team regarding student progress.
• Record evaluations and daily treatment notes.
• IEP writing and documentation.
