Job summary

Ensemble Therapy in California seeks a School Speech Language Pathologist/CF for the 2026/2027 school year, in-person at Coachella Valley sites. The position offers $65-$78 per hour and full-time status for 180 school days.

New grads and CFs are encouraged to apply. The benefits package includes $450 monthly toward medical, fully paid dental/vision, a 401(k), EAP, FSA, and paid time off, plus CEU reimbursement and licensure support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current California licensure to practice SLP.
• ASHA CCCs or in process; CFs and new grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Complete Evaluations & Treatments.
• Attend or complete IEP meetings.
• Communicate/Consult with the team regarding student progress.
• Record evaluations, daily treatment notes, attendance logs.
• Report writing.
• IEP writing.
