Job summary

Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC. is seeking an Early Education Teacher in the Arlington, VA area to design hands-on activities, deliver age-appropriate curriculum, and supervise a classroom with a focus on safety and engagement.

You will maintain open communication with families about daily milestones and be ready to support across classrooms as needed, ensuring a high standard of care and development for every child.

Qualifications

• Pass required state and Bright Horizons background checks.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) required.
• 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child’s daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom following essential procedures and guidelines.
• Provide support in any classroom or age group where teaching coverage is needed across a center or in nearby locations.
