Job summary

Public Consulting Group LLC in Biloxi, MS seeks an in-person Instructor to deliver direct instruction to students in communication, life skills, and pre-employment skills. You will assess learning strengths, set goals with student input, and teach employability skills including resume writing and interview techniques.

Position follows the school calendar (180–185 workdays) with possible summer opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering instruction to students
• Ability to assess learning strengths and set goals with student input
• Familiarity with employability skills and job-search activities

Responsibilities

• Assess learning strengths and areas for development and interests of the student.
• Develop goals and outcomes with input from the student.
• Instruct students on employability skills including communication, resume writing, interview skills, and job search.
• Assist student in portfolio development with certificates and recommendations.
• Maintain attendance records and coordinate with consultants and work sites.
