Northcentral Technical College (NTC) seeks a full-time faculty member to teach the Medical Coding Specialist program, deliver courses, develop materials, and align instruction with program objectives to support student success. Qualifications

• Associate degree in Health Information Management, Health Information Technology, Medical Coding, or related field.
• Two years of relevant experience; teaching experience preferred.
• Credentials (CPC/CCS/RHIT/RHIA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach Medical Coding courses and align materials with program objectives.
• Maintain course materials, syllabi, and online templates.
• Assess student performance and provide timely feedback.
• Integrate coding software and AI in instruction.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve program outcomes.
