Rapport International is seeking qualified interpreters for in-person interpretation in the Omaha area of Nebraska. This independent contractor role requires full bilingual ability, medical terminology familiarity, and reliability to serve local clients with confidentiality.

Flexible PRN hours with availability M-F 7AM–5PM, access to transportation and a printer, and experience or certification in interpretation are preferred.

Qualificações

• Fully bilingual with strong language proficiency.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.
• Confidentiality/HIPAA compliance required.
• In-person interpreters only; you must have transportation to attend appointments locally.
• Ability to learn/use online portal; printing and uploading vouchers required.
• Must have access to a printer.
• Interpreting experience and/or certification preferred.
• Background checks and drug screens required.
• PRN schedule with part-time or less; must have some availability M-F 7AM-5PM.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-person interpretation for Nebraska clients in the Omaha area.
• Coordinate with clients and facilities to schedule interpretation sessions.
• Submit vouchers and use the online portal as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA-compliant handling of sensitive information.
