American Family Insurance - Kimberly Dandridge Agency in Tinley Park, IL is hiring a full-time Insurance Sales & Customer Service Representative. You'll connect with prospects, identify insurance needs, provide quotes, and guide customers through decisions to build long-term relationships.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, paid training, coaching, and opportunities to grow within the agency, with base pay of $20 per hour plus commission.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Illinois Property & Casualty and/or Life Insurance Licenses are preferred.
• Willing to obtain Illinois licenses with support during the process.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers through calls, referrals, email, and walk-ins.
• Build relationships and identify customers' insurance needs.
• Provide quotes and explain coverage options clearly.
• Follow up on leads and guide customers through decisions.
• Conduct policy reviews to ensure appropriate coverage.
• Assist existing customers with policy changes and renewals.
• Maintain accurate customer information in agency systems.
• Collaborate with team to deliver a great customer experience.
