American Family Insurance is seeking independent contractors to lead and manage their own agency in Chicago, Illinois. This position offers a unique opportunity to build relationships in the community while providing exceptional service and support to clients.

While prior insurance experience is a plus, it is not required. Candidates will receive training and support from a local team and enjoy unlimited compensation potential through a New Agent Incentive Program.

Qualifications

• Obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
• Pass a motor vehicle, financial/credit, and criminal background check.
• Demonstrate strong relationship-building skills and commitment to customer care.
