A real estate investing firm is seeking a Finance Coordinator to maintain financial health and optimize resource utilization. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in finance, strong accounting knowledge, proficiency in QuickBooks, and excellent Excel skills. Responsibilities include processing payments, preparing financial reports, and supporting payroll. This is a full-time, in-person position with benefits including paid time off.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in finance roles.
• Familiar with accounting software, preferably QuickBooks.
• Ability to spot numerical errors.

Responsabilités

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile monthly bank accounts.
• Support payroll and maintain organized records.
• Create cost analysis reports.
• Prepare income statements and balance sheets.
