Job summary

Lindamood-Bell Learning Center in Hingham, MA is hiring Educational Clinicians / Tutors for an on-site, full-time position. You will provide one-to-one and small-group instruction to students of various ages and participate in training.

No prior teaching experience is required; paid training, materials, and equipment are provided. Hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with full-time scheduling and potential internship credits.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or currently enrolled in a degree program.
• Ability to engage with students of all ages.
• Strong reading, spelling, and comprehension skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Willingness to learn and receive training.
• No prior teaching experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small-group instruction in-person.
• Record notes on student performance and deliver structured lessons.
• Implement reinforcement strategies to maximize learning.
• Facilitate use of Lindamood-Bell Academy curriculum.
• Communicate professionally with clients and staff.
• Manage client records.
