Bright Horizons in Princeton, IN is seeking an Assistant Teacher to support infants, toddlers and preschoolers with hands-on activities and daily routines. You will help create a safe, engaging classroom and communicate progress with families, while adhering to all health and safety policies.

Full-time and part-time positions are available. Candidates with a HS diploma, background checks, and preferred CDA/degree in early education are encouraged to apply, with opportunities for growth and free

• Must pass state and company background checks.
• 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in child care, daycare, or preschool preferred.
• CDA, Associate, or bachelor's degree in early education or related field is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines
• Fulfill mandated reporter requirements as defined by the appropriate State agency, including reporting any suspected cases of child abuse or neglect to the agency and informing the director
• Provide support in any classroom or age group where teaching coverage is needed across a center or in nearby locations
