Actify ABA is seeking an experienced BCBA/LBA for an in-person co-consult role around Columbia, MD. This supplemental position emphasizes direct clinical oversight rather than full caseload management.

The successful candidate will provide in-person supervision for about 25% of cases and monthly parent training, while collaborating with primary BCBAs to maintain high-quality services. Flexible, part-time scheduling is offered, with competitive hourly pay and a supportive back-office environment

Qualifikationen

• BCBA certification and Maryland LBA license are required.
• Experience supervising RBTs in home-based ABA services is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and coaching ability in-session.
