Job summary

Actify ABA is seeking an experienced BCBA/LBA for an in-person co-consult role in the New Carrollton, MD area. The position emphasizes clinical impact with no primary caseload responsibility, focusing on supervision and quality of care.

The role offers part-time, flexible scheduling and supportive back-office infrastructure, enabling clinicians to work hands-on with families and RBTs while maintaining high standards of practice.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Active Maryland LBA required.
• Experience supervising RBTs in home-based ABA services.
• Strong clinical judgment and in-session coaching ability.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with primary BCBAs and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person supervision for RBTs on assigned cases.
• Deliver monthly parent training sessions (1 hour per case).
• Support implementation of treatment plans developed by primary BCBAs.
• Provide feedback to clinical team to maintain high-quality service delivery.
• Ensure services align with ethical and regulatory standards.
