Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations in North Carolina. The role includes conducting assessments, designing individualized treatment plans, supervising therapy, and coordinating with families and a multidisciplinary team.

Spanish-speaking candidates will communicate effectively with diverse clients and train BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs.

Qualifications

  • Must hold BCBA certification.
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
  • Licensed to practice in North Carolina.
  • Spanish-speaking required.
