Job summary

Lotus-Like Psychotherapy & Wellness Center in Fresno and Clovis is seeking associate clinicians with experience serving children 5+, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. This part-time role offers a path to full-time within two to three months, with a minimum of 20 billable hours per week.

We welcome LGBTQ+ affirmative clinicians and those serving diverse populations, with opportunities to work groups/workshops and focus on trauma, relationships, and life transitions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• ASW, AMFT, or APCC licensure (registered or in process with the BBS).
• Experience providing therapy to individuals and couples.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and clinical judgment skills.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and accountability skills.
• Experience working with diverse and marginalized populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy as the primary expectation.
• Opportunity to facilitate groups or workshops based on client need and personal interest.
