Job summary

Varda Space Industries in El Segundo is seeking a Pharma Program Manager to drive pharma programs to completion and report to the VP, Pharma Program Management. You will shape Varda’s product culture and contribute to establishing the low Earth orbit economy.

You will collaborate with CDMOs, CROs, and internal teams, manage risks, and ensure schedules, cost, and quality targets are met in a fast-growing space biopharma environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of program management experience and 6+ years in biopharma.
• BS or MS in life sciences (Chemistry/Biochemistry or related).
• Effective verbal and written communication; well organized and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program leads to develop and track schedules and milestones.
• Support pharma programs and meetings: set agendas, document decisions, assign owners, follow up on actions.
• Establish program objectives and align with departmental strategy.
