Varda Space Industries in El Segundo, California, is seeking a highly motivated Pharma Program Manager to oversee pharma program schedules and milestones across CDMOs and CROs, manage risks, and report to the VP, Pharma Program Management.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, set agendas, track decisions, and ensure deliverables meet quality, cost, and schedule targets while aligning with organizational strategy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of program management experience in biopharma.
• 6+ years in the biopharmaceutical industry with cross-functional exposure.
• Strong verbal and written communication; organized and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Develop and track schedules and milestones, identifying critical path activities.
• Set agendas, document decisions, assign owners, and follow up on actions.
• Define scope, align objectives with departmental strategy, and manage risks.
• Communicate project status via reports and dashboards; liaison to CDMOs/CROs.
