Job summary

University of Utah Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform specialized radiologic procedures in the operating room environment. You will operate imaging devices including portable CT, O-Arm, and C-Arm, and provide direct patient care within scope of practice.

The role requires ARRT licensure in Utah, RQI eCredential within 30 days of hire, and active state licensure. The position is on-site in Salt Lake City with evening shifts.

Qualifications

• ARRT Registration required.
• Utah radiologic technologist licensure required.
• RQI eCredential to be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs CT and angiographic procedures.
• Operates portable imaging devices (X-ray, O‑Arm, C‑Arm).
• Coordinates technical services in the operating room.
• Communicates with surgical staff for site type of surgery and equipment placement.
• Performs radiology interventional procedures.
• Maintains equipment integrity and readiness.
• Utilizes resources efficiently; reduces waste.
• Proposes solutions to departmental problems to management.
• Implements new procedures and protocols as designed.
• Analyzes radiographs for quality in Epic Radiant.
