Optus is seeking a Services Coordinator- Dispatch to manage service calls and project work for low-voltage and telephony systems in Jonesboro, AR. You will act as the central intake point, triage, schedule, and communicate with technicians, customers, vendors, and internal teams.

The role emphasizes multitasking, strong organization, and customer-focused service delivery to minimize downtime and ensure SLA adherence. In-office, non-remote position with competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in dispatching, service coordination, logistics, customer support, or related administrative role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, prioritize, and manage incoming service requests, ensuring information for scheduling and resolution.
• Dispatch and coordinate field technicians based on skills, availability, location, and service requirements.
• Schedule service calls, emergency requests, project work, and follow-up visits with access constraints in mind.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing confirmations, updates, and status communications.
• Coordinate resources, materials, equipment, vendors, and third-party partners to support service delivery.
• Maintain accurate service records, technician updates, and service status in systems.
• Monitor service progress to support SLA compliance and timely resolution of issues.
• Escalate critical service issues and support urgent dispatch and operational needs.
• Assist in coordinating emergency service requests to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
