Job summary

Coldist is seeking a Pricing Specialist to accurately maintain supplier pricing calendars, input pricing adjustments, and collaborate with departments on pricing submissions. You will manage pricing data, analyze cost components, and communicate changes to retail and catalog teams.

The role requires strong analytical and math skills, solid MS Office and Cognos experience, and the ability to work in a sedentary office setting with local travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years pricing and/or accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor pricing data and calendars.
• Input and adjust pricing based on management and supplier agreements.
• Gather, organize and prepare data entries for cost and sell price to the trade.
• Communicate approved pricing to departments for submittal to retail and catalogs.
• Track FOB and price changes; notify purchasers, chain and sales departments.
• Maintain and create new product files and paperwork.
• Review invoice pricing variances and month-end depletion to suppliers.
• Collaborate with Pricing Analyst to find unprofitable products and recommend solutions.
• Demonstrate strong communication and time management skills.
