Job summary

SERVPRO is seeking a Mitigation Estimator for a full-time, in-office role in the United States. You will turn mitigation work into accurate Xactimate estimates and billing packages, collaborating with project teams to resolve missing information and ensure timely invoicing.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple files in a fast-paced restoration environment while communicating effectively with field personnel and office staff.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Xactimate estimating experience.
• Experience writing property damage or restoration estimates.
• Understanding of water mitigation and restoration work.

Responsibilities

• Write accurate and complete mitigation estimates in Xactimate.
• Review job files, photos, and materials for accuracy.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Crew Chiefs, and technicians.
• Obtain missing information and follow up to complete estimates.
• Prepare estimates and supporting docs for insurance carriers and payers.
• Finalize invoices and billing packages.
