Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and some banking or loan process experience.
• Basic knowledge of lending processes and loan documentation helpful.
• Must have good organizational and customer service skills.
• Must possess numeric and verbal aptitudes; good written and verbal communication; able to meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of PCs and common word processing/spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative and/or operational support for business banking loan operations.
• Prepares loan documents and ensures accurate/complete documentation; drafts required legal documents.
• Supports pre-funding activities; verifies closed loan documents and validates disbursement information before funding.
• Collaborates with Business Bankers, Branch Managers, Loan Closers and other loan operations teams.
• Meets turnaround time and accuracy SLA requirements.
