Qualifications

• Computer literate with basic to intermediate skills

Responsibilities

• Sales: provide professional, courteous service to customers
• Answer questions regarding customer’s policy
• Accept payments and process transactions
• Identify customer policy needs
• Follow up on quotes, renewals, and cancellations
• Involved with marketing for new business development as needed
• Maintain a neat and clean work area and office
• FNOL’s (vehicle inspections)
• Taking vehicle pictures (squatting, bending, flexing required)
• Bank run deposits
• Position is full time
• Other duties as assigned
