Qualifications

• Active New Mexico Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain one.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-first approach and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer needs in a fast-paced office.
• Willingness to learn and develop insurance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Talk with customers about their insurance needs and recommend coverage.
• Assist customers with Auto, Home, Renters, Life, Business and other insurance products.
• Respond to questions about policies, coverage, billing and changes.
• Follow up with customers and prospective customers.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional protection when appropriate.
• Schedule and conduct customer appointments.
• Develop new business through leads, referrals and relationships.
• Provide dependable, professional service throughout the customer experience.
• Work toward individual and agency sales and service goals.
