Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• At least two years of progressive HR experience supporting multiple HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Process-driven with good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Independent work style with ability to collaborate with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding efforts for clients and employees.
• Administer payroll and benefits for clients and their employees.
• Handle employee relations matters and maintain compliance documentation.
• Assist HR reporting, policy implementation, and compliance tracking.
