CNS Companies in Lititz, PA is seeking a hands-on Full-Stack .NET Developer to build client‑facing and internal web apps. You will lead from request to release, clarify requirements, write tests, and ship features, not just take orders.

The role offers interaction across sales, operations, and marketing, with a Monday–Friday schedule. Requires 2–5 years of experience, strong C#, .NET Core, MVC, frontend, and SQL skills; onsite work at our Lititz HQ.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience developing web applications.
• Hands-on experience with C# and .NET Core, including ASP.NET Core MVC.
• Solid front-end skills in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with source control platforms such as GitHub.
• Ability to write readable, maintainable, and scalable code.

Responsibilities

• Application Development: Build new features and resolve issues in the client portal and internal web applications using C#, .NET Core, and MVC.
• Website Development: Develop and maintain the CNS Companies website.
• ERP Improvement: Improve and streamline the ERP system, including workflows, reports, and integrations.
