Job summary

CNS Companies is hiring a Senior Full-Stack .NET Developer for an in-office role in Lititz, PA. You will design and build the client portal, tackle complex integrations, and push for high-quality, secure software solutions across divisions.

You will collaborate with executive stakeholders, socialize ideas, and contribute to architecture while working 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, on-site at the Lititz headquarters. Strong React/JS basics are valued alongside server-side work.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong SQL skills and database design experience.
• Front-end skills in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience delivering features from idea to production.
• Secure coding practices and data protection awareness.
• Experience integrating with third-party systems and APIs.
• Ability to translate business goals into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop new features for the client portal from design to launch.
• Tackle complex integrations, performance issues, and data-heavy features.
• Design secure, scalable applications that grow with clients.
• Collaborate across departments and review code for quality.
• Estimate timelines, track progress, and communicate status clearly.
• Support ERP system and company website as needed.
