Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of working experience in a law firm setting.
• Completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program preferred.
• Applicable knowledge of motions, litigation documentation, and court rules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, and affidavits.
• Interface with administrative agencies, including EEOC.
• Draft pleadings and serve summons.
