Job summary

Urbanex is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for customers at our in-office Tampa location. You will advocate for customers, address concerns, educate about services, and ensure a positive experience while maintaining professionalism.

The role requires a self-starter with exceptional communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage a broad set of responsibilities in a growing pest-control company.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Schedule and reschedule service appointments; coordinate with technicians.
• Process customer payments accurately and maintain records in the CRM.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and SMS promptly.
• Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Educate customers about Urbanex services and maintenance importance.
• Collaborate with branch managers and technicians to optimize routes.
• Handle retention tasks and rescheduling to prevent cancellations.
• Provide feedback on customer trends to improve service delivery.
• Assist managers with tasks and projects as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM.
