Job summary

Connexa Search Group partners with a growing manufacturing company to hire a Controller who owns day-to-day accounting, leads a small team covering accounts payable and accounts receivable, and ensures the books close accurately and on time each month.

This in-office role is based in the Easley area and offers the chance to work directly with leadership to drive process improvements and scale the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience owning or leading a monthly close.
• CPA or public accounting background is a plus.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close.
• Manage two direct reports in accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Handle intercompany transactions.
• Support reporting to the parent organization.
• Partner with leadership on process improvement as the business grows.
