Job summary

ExecuSource in Pickens County, SC, is seeking a Controller with strong GAAP, month-end close and financial reporting experience to join our manufacturing team.

The role offers excellent visibility, a balanced workload, and a bonus plan; you will lead month-end close for two facilities, oversee a small accounting team, perform intercompany accounting, and drive process improvements with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 4+ years of solid GAAP, month-end close, and financial reporting experience.
• CPA and/or public accounting a plus.
• SAP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate month-end close for 2 manufacturing facilities.
• Prepare financial reporting and intercompany accounting.
• Record intercompany transactions and support internal controls.
• Oversee a small accounting team and provide guidance.
• Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Manage standard costing and related analyses.
• Contribute to ad-hoc reporting and special projects.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to improve processes and implement systems/software as needed.
