Ruby is seeking a Call Center Agent to work in-office at our Chesapeake, VA location. You will be the friendly voice representing our customers’ businesses, handling calls and web chats with empathy.

The role requires balancing multiple software platforms, maintaining attention to detail, and staying on schedule in a fast-paced environment. Competitive pay starts at $21/hour with a Perfect Attendance Bonus; without the bonus, compensation is $19/hour.

Qualificações

• A minimum typing speed of 40 WPM and comfort navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously.
• A warm, professional demeanor with the ability to remain composed and empathetic, even during challenging interactions.
• A proven track record of self-motivation and reliable attendance.

Responsabilidades

• Skillfully handle incoming calls and web chats, serving as a helpful and warm extension of our customers' business.
• Ensure accuracy and a high attention to detail in all written communications.
• Efficiently multitask in a fast-paced environment across two monitors.
• Adhere to service quality standards, performance expectations, and maintain consistent schedule adherence to support your team and our callers.
