Bandit Running in Brooklyn is seeking a Print / Pattern Designer to fuse artistry with performance fabrics. You will develop original repeats, colorways, and layouts for multiple apparel categories, ensuring prints meet technical production standards and brand storytelling.

Collaborate with the Lead Designer, prepare factory-ready files, and create 3D renders to verify placement. A strong portfolio, 2–4 years of experience, and fluency with Adobe Creative Suite and CAD tools are expected;

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in print/surface design in performance or lifestyle apparel.
• Strong portfolio showcasing refined taste, color sensibility, and versatility in pattern design.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and working knowledge of color separation tools and CAD software, as well as 3D software (Browzwear, Clo).
• Exceptional understanding of color theory, print placement, repeat building, and digital file organization.

Responsabilidades

• Creative Development: Support the creation of original print and pattern designs with an elevated aesthetic for performance running.
• Technical Execution: Set up artwork files for factory handoff, build repeat patterns, and prepare CAD colorways.
• Material & Print Expertise: Ensure prints work on active fabrics and advise on print techniques to preserve integrity across materials.
