Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of Cash Handling, Sales or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Ability to read and write simple instructions and memos.

• Accepts and accurately processes all financial service transactions.
• Responsible for CSR cash drawer and balancing procedures.
• Complies with security and audit procedures.
• Maintains confidentiality of employee and customer information.
• Contributes in a team environment to service customer needs and handles referrals.
• Meets established referral goals and determines appropriate line of business for referrals.
• Completes outbound customer calls to support sales and service needs.
• Develops and maintains working knowledge of the Bank's products and services.
