Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of general accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, or accounts receivable experience is required.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close is required.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with accounting software or ERP systems are required.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, organization, problem-solving, communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently are required.

Responsibilities

• General Accounting: Maintain financial records, prepare journal entries, and support general ledger and month-end close activities.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, payments, customer receipts, and collections with accurate records.
• Account Reconciliations: Reconcile transactions, investigate discrepancies, and maintain documentation.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare reports, schedules, and analyses to ensure accurate financial information.
• Process Improvement: Support improvements to accounting processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.
