Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Team.
• Act as a working manager and execute tactical functions.
• Invoicing: generate and review daily invoices; resolve invoicing issues; re-bills as needed.
• Cash Application: post payments, manage ACH, reconcile payments, run banking reports.
• Payables: review and approve payment proposals; account reconciliations; financial statement review.
