Job summary

2020 Companies collaborates with Samsung Electronics America to recruit a Market Sales Manager to drive in-store product demonstrations and sales growth in the San Jose market. The role requires engaging with customers, presenting Samsung Home Entertainment products, and delivering measurable sales results in a fast-paced retail environment.

The successful candidate will travel locally, build relationships with store teams, and stay current on promotions, campaigns, and new product launches.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; business degree preferred.
• Six (6) months prior experience in sales, promotion, brand advocacy.
• Must have reliable transportation and state-required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage.
• Ability to travel within a 50-mile radius of home.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility in schedule to work weekend or non-standard shifts.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed market sales targets through communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building
• Identify and nurture sales opportunities, approaching customers and converting interest into purchases
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize sales strategies
• Engage customers to tailor product recommendations and create memorable experiences
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions and communicate incentives to customers
• Complete merchandising projects and maintain documentation for each visit
