Owings Patterns in Sellersburg, IN is hiring a hands-on In-Line Thermoforming Machine Operator to take ownership of production and deliver quality parts.

You will set up molds and tooling, run the line, inspect output, complete QCS reporting, troubleshoot, and keep the work area safe and organized. This is a stable, full-time, first-shift role with strong benefits.

Qualifications

This is a stable, full-time, first-shift position with consistent hours and strong benefits.

• Manufacturing experience (thermoforming a big plus)
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable with equipment
• Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools
• Strong work ethic—you show up and get the job done
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet all shift
• High school diploma or GED required
