Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance inspection.
• Ability to read and understand procedures and work instructions.
• Good computer skills and data entry experience.
• MIC Hybrid circuit inspection or MIC assembly is a plus.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of inspection tools like calipers, micrometers, gauges and microscopes; bonding machines.
• Proficient in English with basic written and verbal skills.
• Good manual dexterity for handling small components under a microscope.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage time.
• Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final visual inspection of substrates using microscopes and gauges.
• Read diagrams and specifications and measure products.
• Accept or reject finished products and meet production goals.
• Discuss inspection results with product teams and report data.
• Provide basic training and support to new QA members.
