Job summary

Amphenol Borisch Technologies seeks a Quality Inspector to ensure products and incoming materials meet drawings, specs, and written requirements. You will perform final visual and dimensional inspections, inspect suppliers’ materials, and disposition products per procedures.

Role requires IPC-A-610/620 and J-STD-001 certifications, strong communication, and the ability to read drawings. Proficiency with MS Office and the use of a microscope/gages is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Certified in IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620 and J-STD-001.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and reading drawings.
• Capable of using a microscope and handheld gauges.

Responsibilities

• Perform final visual and dimensional inspections of products.
• Inspect incoming materials and parts for conformance to specs.
• Dispositions product per written procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain inventory locations and status via barcode scanning.
• Update documentation in files/spreadsheets; keep records current.
• Participate in sort activities; communicate with engineers and leads.
