Job summary

Cypress In-Line Inspection, LLC in Millcreek, Utah is seeking a skilled shop technician with mechanical and electronics assembly experience to join our growing team. This position reports to the Director of Operations.

You will build and maintain ILI tools (Geometry, MFL, AGM, IMU), support equipment, and learn Cypress data analysis software to perform basic checks while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• US Citizen with valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma.
• Mechanical and electronics assembly skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and maintain ILI tools (Geometry, MFL, AGM, IMU).
• Build and maintain support equipment and interface gear.
• Learn Cypress data analysis software for basic tool checks.
• Follow quality systems, HSE standards, and procedures.
• Support safety, leadership, and operational excellence, code of conduct.
• Maintain certifications and training as required.
• Organize and clean the shop; identify cost-saving improvements.
• Assist in inventory receiving.
