Job summary

Cypress In-Line Inspection, LLC seeks a capable shop technician to assemble and maintain ILI tools and support equipment in our operations center. You will work with mechanical and electronics assembly, learn data analysis software, and follow safety and quality procedures under the Director of Operations.

Ideal candidates have high school diploma, valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently or on a team, with strong problem solving and precise documentation skills.

Qualifications

• US Citizen with valid driver’s license and clean driving history.
• High school diploma required; willingness to learn ILI tooling.
• Ability to follow safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ILI tools with Geometry, MFL, AGM, and IMU technologies.
• Build and maintain ILI support equipment, including battery chargers and data downloaders.
• Learn Cypress data analysis software for basic tool status checks.
• Apply established quality, safety, and EHS standards in shop and field.
• Support Cypress values: safety, leadership, equal employment opportunity, and ethics.
• Maintain skills, certifications, and complete additional training as required.
• Assist in organizing/cleaning the shop and suggest cost-saving improvements.
• Assist in inventory receiving process.
